Last night, Justice Breyer was promoting his new book on the Late Show with Steven Colbert. Colbert pressed him on cameras in the courtroom while Justice Breyer claims that no one every yells or gets out of line when discussing the cases. Not sure how Justices can disagree so vehemently, but remain respectful at all times……especially when you read some of the dissents!
