School group out with documentary about South Sioux City

SOUTH SIOUX CITY | A nonprofit Nebraska public school group has completed a documentary about the South Sioux City School District.

The Nebraska Loves Public Schools group was in South Sioux City schools in February taking footage for the film.

South Sioux City School District Superintendent Todd Strom said he was pleased such a fine documentary has been produced.

South Sioux City was the first Siouxland school to be profiled in the on-going series of documentaries. Since 2011, Nebraska Loves Public Schools has produced more than 50 films, exploring a range of topics as part of the series titled The State of Education in Nebraska.
